About a week later I found myself with Garnet in the library. Even though I taught many of the lessons at the academy, I was constantly learning more myself. I just happened to find this while frequenting the DA hub and decided I quite like this. It's a very original concept for a monster; I like the creature's hide the most, and the face. I feel the arms should be a little longer so it would look more menacing. Same for the crest on the head..
I really like how you shaded it. Reminds me of artwork done with charcoal. And I like how you shaded the right back leg to give the illusion that it is away from the viewer. I find that many people (me, in particular) have trouble doing that.
I'd really like to know the inspiration for this beast.. I'd say it's a mix between an armadillo and a dinosaur..
Overall: very impressive!
